With grant support from National Skills Coalition, the Nashville Area Chamber of Commerce and Martha O’Bryan Center co-lead a statewide coalition, TN BLU-SkillSPAN, working to address policy barriers that keep employers from filling middle skills jobs, jobs that require some education beyond high school.

The (BLU)-SkillSPAN coalition includes more than 65 chambers, employers, community-based organizations, training providers, and public sector resource partners.
