TN BLU-SkillSPAN is a network of partners working to address policy barriers that keep employers from filling middle skills jobs, jobs that require some education beyond high school. This group includes more than 65 chambers, employers, community-based organizations, training providers, and public sector resource partners. Our mission is to bridge the gap between employers and job seekers by providing training and resources necessary for success. We believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow, and that by investing in our workforce, we can strengthen communities and boost local economies.
